Review:

The work shines with excellent guitar work, and a fat, punchy drum sound rounds the whole thing off perfectly.

The vocals are typical Krautrock style, delivered with a German accent. Charly Maucher's voice sounds distinctive—perhaps even a bit unusual—but that certainly doesn't make it bad!

The new (yet veteran) JANE musician Wolle Krantz makes an outstanding contribution to this album. The crowning glory is his track "Northern Lights," an instrumental piece that closes out the album! The band also received assistance with the lyrics, as well as some fantastic backing vocals on "Chittagong Blues."

Even if there are moments here and there where they seem to have borrowed a bit from others, it is by no means objectionable, simply because it is executed so well. That kind of thing is perfectly legitimate these days!

The mastering is also top-notch once again—just as it was on their previous release, *Voices*!
